You can publish one vertical video to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook Reels in a single action if every account is a business-capable property connected through official APIs. Personal profiles, password-based bots, and landscape-only files are the usual reasons it fails.
Accounts you must connect
- Facebook Page. Standard personal profiles cannot be scheduled through PropFlow.
- Instagram Professional (Business or Creator), linked to that Page. This is a Meta requirement for Graph API publishing.
- TikTok with permission to post via the official Content Posting API.
- YouTube channel under the Google account you authorize for Shorts and longer uploads.
OAuth is the handshake: PropFlow never needs your native-app password. Details live on How it works.
Media that actually posts
For mobile-first networks, start with MP4, 9:16, 1080×1920. That matches Reels, Shorts, and TikTok better than 16:9 talking-head files. Max duration, resolution (including 4K on higher plans), and file size are plan limits — not a secret codec. Watermark removal and team seats are also plan-gated.
Upload once. Let the product detect aspect ratio. Then write captions per destination: hashtags that work on TikTok are not a dump of 30 Instagram tags, and YouTube Shorts still want a title.
Captions with AI, still edited by you
PropFlow can draft captions and hashtag suggestions when you create the post. Treat that as a first pass. The same AI later helps with comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Scheduling without a reply plan is how brands post a Reel and ghost the thread.
Official APIs vs unofficial schedulers
Unofficial tools drive the mobile app or reuse cookies. They break on app updates and can get the account restricted. PropFlow publishes through Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, and YouTube Data API v3. That is slower to certify and more reliable for a business.
Companion iOS and Android apps are for registered business accounts. Plan selection and billing stay on the web dashboard.
Analytics after publish
Cross-posting only pays off if you can see views and engagement without opening four apps. Unified analytics is the third step after connect and publish. Daily post caps and connected-account limits depend on plan; start free if you are testing the pipeline.
