What “AI comment reply” should mean

It is not a browser extension that clicks Reply as you. It is not scraping comments from the public web. It is a connection through Meta Graph API and TikTok’s official APIs so comments arrive in one queue, a model suggests (or sends) a reply in your language, and moderation actions — hide, skip, escalate — stay in the same place.

If the tool cannot tell a purchase question from harassment, it is a toy. If it posts without an audit trail, it is a risk.

What to automate vs what to review

  • Safe to assist: “What time are you open?”, “Is this in stock?”, thanks and emoji-only comments, duplicate FAQs.
  • Review first: complaints, refunds, medical or legal claims, competitor bait, anything that names a person.
  • Never auto-send: political arguments, user-generated crisis, comments that allege harm. Hide or assign to a person.

Start with suggestion mode. Turn on auto-send only for a narrow intent class after you have edited enough drafts that the voice matches the brand.

Platform requirements

Facebook comments require a Business Page, not a personal profile. Instagram requires a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to that Page. TikTok requires granting the app permission to manage content through the official posting/moderation integration. PropFlow does not publish to personal profiles.

Keyword-only “comment to DM” gadgets and unofficial Android farms break often and can violate platform terms. Prefer tools that authenticate with OAuth and never ask for your password.
