Data Deletion Instructions

At PropFlow, we value your privacy and provide transparent ways to manage and delete your personal data. This page outlines the steps you can take to remove your information from our platform.

1. Deletion via the Application

The easiest way to delete your data is directly within the PropFlow application. Log in to your account, navigate to 'Profile' or 'Account Settings', and select 'Delete Account'. This will trigger the permanent removal of your account, linked social media tokens, and personal identifiers after a 15-day security cooldown period (Identity Cooldown).

2. Deletion via Email Request

You can also request data deletion by sending an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. Please include your registered email address or phone number. Our team will process your request within 48 hours and provide confirmation once the deletion is complete.

3. What Data is Deleted?

Upon deletion, we permanently remove your email address, phone number, name, and all OAuth tokens used to connect to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Additionally, for TikTok Business Messaging, we purge all cached message content, chat metadata, and AI association logs. Before requesting deletion, you have the right to request a machine-readable export of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

4. TikTok Deauthorization Cleanup

In compliance with TikTok's Data Security & Privacy (DSPR) standards, PropFlow implements automated data erasure upon account deauthorization. If you disconnect PropFlow via your 'Settings and privacy > Security > Permissions' menu on TikTok, we will automatically delete your TikTok Business Messaging history, associated threads, and personal metadata from our platform within 24 hours.

5. Facebook & Instagram Disconnection

If you wish to remove PropFlow's access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account without deleting your entire PropFlow account, you can do so by navigating to 'Connect Accounts' in our dashboard and clicking 'Disconnect', or by managing 'Business Integrations' in your Facebook account settings.
